Caress is a cotton brand within Polyco’s product portfolio that was repositioned following its acquisition, with the aim of strengthening its appeal across both professional and consumer markets.
I led the brand refresh, developing a revised visual identity and packaging approach that balanced functional product positioning with a softer, more consumer-facing aesthetic.
The project involved redefining the brand’s visual language to work across dual-market applications, ensuring consistency across packaging, retail presentation, and trade-facing materials while maintaining clarity for different audience needs.
This repositioning created a more cohesive brand presence across channels, supporting its transition into a broader, multi-audience product offering.
