  • Throughout our time working together, Alpa showed strong leadership skills, and was an exceptionally supportive manager. She managed up to nine designers. Her caring nature, positive disposition, and people skills allowed the team to undertake difficult creative projects which involved many different stakeholders across the business. She ensured deadlines were always met, without putting undue pressure on the team members. During her tenure as Head of Design for Law Business Research, Alpa oversaw a company-wide rebrand. This included the company branding itself, as well as 14 sub-brands.
