Bizzybee
Bizzybee is Polyco’s premium gloves and cleaning cloths brand, positioned within the retail homecare sector.
I was responsible for developing the retail brand experience across packaging, campaign assets, and digital communications, including the evolution of the brand’s character-led storytelling system featuring the mascot “Eric”.
A key aspect of the role involved expanding Eric into a consistent brand asset used across advertising, social content, promotional campaigns, and email marketing, creating a cohesive narrative that supported engagement across multiple touchpoints.
I also led the redesign of Bizzybee’s HTML email campaigns following consumer feedback highlighting weak brand recognition and disconnect between email content and social engagement. This involved bringing production in-house and redeveloping the visual structure and tone of communications, improving consistency across digital channels and increasing audience engagement.
Alongside digital work, I contributed to packaging and retail display design, including shelf-ready packaging and free-standing display units designed to strengthen on-shelf visibility and brand cohesion within competitive retail environments.
